Cannot see an Aether Current in the Churning Mists

Hello everyone! First time poster. I have encountered a problem I was hoping anyone could help me with.

My fiance and I were gathering all the aether currents in the Churning Mists but we cannot obtain the current at 18x 8y. We haven't traveled to that location before so there's no way we collected that one already. I submitted a bug report and tried to contact a GM to see if maybe that will resolve it but to no avail. GM just basically sent me here.

I've tried logging out and back in and searched all over. Found a video showing the exact location, I even tried rapidly clicking on where it should be but still nothing. It's the very last one I need, I've done all the quests! If it helps, on the tracker it's the second green diamond for the Churning Mists! So I know it's one I need to find and up until today I never went to 18x 8y.

Any help is appreciated!

3. Cannot see aether current even after logging out and back in
4. Returned, still cannot
