Not currently a recruitment thread but I am putting some feelers out there for people who would be interested in developing a laid back mid-core static for the remainder of 3.0 content and likely forward into 4.0 content. I am looking for mature, non easily salted people who have knowledge of their job and have NOT cleared creator savage but do have some experience and would like to progress and do other content with a team of friends rather than pugs. Cleared players willing to go through 11 and 12 progression again will not be turned away.
About myself: I am a long time legacy player living in Japan (GMT+9) and formerly from Excalibur. I was a member of a static as a main tank for binding coil progression, however, due to the static dissolving, progress halted at turn 12. We got back together in 3.0 and tried to raid again but only made it halfway through gordias before dissolving again due to people not being interested anymore. I then data center transferred as I got a day job and found Tonberry better suited my play times.
I became a casual player and pugged all the content that I could after taking a break for a while. I am currently a10s cleared and have experience to final phase of a11s as Paladin. I mostly play either PLD or BLM however, come 4.0 I will be switching to career RDM (my favorite job of all time, what can i say? lol.) so group composition is subject to change.

The idea is to have a group of people on the same playing field and in my experience, a lot of people who have cleared the tier are not interested in reverting to previous fights though sometimes people don't mind.
