1. Show key item: "Heavy Warded Pot" to NPC: "Hahasako"
2. Lose connection to the game/internet drop
3. Log back into game
4. Quest progresses to next step: "Present the corrupted crystal to Lamberteint."
5. Key item "Heavy Warded Pot" is no longer in key items inventory, disappeared if you will, and quest cannot be progressed.
