Rant about server locking

For the last week now, 3 friends of mine have been trying to get onto the server that i play on in order to play grp up and have some fun. All of them are new to the game where as i have been playing for ages now and invested a lot of time into my char.
Yet the server i play on (Cerberus EU) is constantly locked during the waking hours, so they've had to create chars on other servers while hoping for the lock to get lifted at a time where they actually have to time to get onto it. (which with family, job and school so far has been impossible)

I get the idea of limiting server population to keep ques down, but find me in the alps, it is more a hindrance than a limitation :(

/rant over -.- i know this is never gonna change, but with the time ive invested on my server i dont wanna make a new char on another or server transfer away from the people i know there -.-

Be happy you're locked most of the time. You could be like my server and probably have more rmt bots than actual players. If you really want them on Cerebus, just have them level a bit then server transfer. It does cost money, but it will get them there.

Tried in lowtimes of the server, like 2 A.M. to 8 A.M. GMT? there should no lock on the character creation in this time. Created 2 Alts within the last week in this hours and got no problems.

I remember in 11 you had the ability to buy a pass in game for your friend to use to get into the server.

You will have no problem(with Cerberus) if you do this.
