Question about the outfits for the Fanfests

We know after the EU Fanfest an NPC will be added to the game to exchange our Dreams of the Fayth we get from purchasing the livestreams for the 3 minions.

My question is do we know when those NPCs will be added? I've been told next year or maybe this month (February)? If next year then I will wait on my alt but if its this month then I need to start working on my alt!

It is supposed to be this month.

Should be on the 19th or 20th of this month, because it comes out immediately after FanFest if I'm not mistaken.

Anyone happen to know whether there is a use for the extra items for those who purchased every stream?

I feel sorry for people that collect minions that have to pay $30 for a little minion. Since the extra outfits can't be given away and we all know the stream are not that good anyways.

I've actually been enjoying the streams quite a bit, especially select parts that have replay value. So it's been worth it to me and the minions are a bonus.
