Questions about the Gear Design Competition

Hi! Sorry if this is in the wrong place, but I was just wondering about the gear design competition.

It says just include images of the front and back of the armour, but looking at the last competition's winners, they seem to have additional stuff, like descriptions and the like. I'm wanting to try and enter, so do I have to add extra stuff like this. Just want to make sure I don't leave anything important out :)

Lastly, sorry for such an obvious question, but I'm really quite stuck here. It says on the competition info;

- Provide Entrant's character name and World name (required)
- Provide Entrant's nickname (required)
- Provide entry title
- Provide a comment about your entry (50 words or less)

I understand the character name bit and world name, but what about the nickname? Do I just make one on the spot, or is it my forum name? I'm not sure... :( And as for the comment about entry, do I say what was going for, or do I make up some lore for it or something?

Well, just remember these contests are to provide a player created armor/attire to the game or just showing off your skills, so better breakdown on the smaller bits or aesthetics where it may not be clear is always useful.

Nickname can be forum name, personal name, or whatever that might let people recognize that its you. Your character name and world name or for reward delivery and will not be posted on the showcase.

Comment can be whatever you want, a quip about the concept, maybe just saying hi to the judges, lol.

Do y'all know if your entry has to be colored? I wanted to participate as well, but my coloring isn't very good lol

Unfortunately, from what I saw in the finalist's art from the last competition, colour seems to be present each time. I think basic colouring should be fine, though if you're worried, maybe looking at a few videos on colouring would help. That's what I plan on doing, as I'm not very good either. lol XD
