Game Crashes after first boss of Dun Scaith

So, for the second time of running Dun Scaith, after I defeated the first boss -Deathgaze Hollow, my game somehow crashes as I approach the loot boxes.

I get ERROR 34878-0 on my PS4; when I tried logging back in, I crash for a second time then finally on third try, I was back in the game.

It's just that certain area; everything else is fine.


Am I the only one having this issue or are there people having the same problem as well??

Same for me, I have a new PC with a videocard AMD RX480 8GB and when we defeat first boss on dun Scaith i Crash and able to login back when i go out of there.
