crafting skill and traits revamped?

Does SE intend to change the skill sets/traits of crafters. Several of the abilities revolve around the notion of parts(which will soon be extinct). Can we please have these changed to something useful. Thank you.

The Disciples of the Hand on a whole to be reassessed. We shall see, but I have a feeling this is not on the docket yet.

There are no Dev Tags that have been publicly released relating to Disciple of the Hand abilities or re-balancing. Unless they fall under 1016 for Recipe Revisions...?

i use fulfillment from my lvl 20 lth on my 49 arm and it seems to work better then preemptive measures. these abilities that are "most successful on parts really need to be changes asap. doesn't seem like it would be a big task to temp fix at least.
