Craftng Log resetting

So since the achievements for the tools came out I have been paying more attention to my crafting log. Things I have made plenty off have reset across the board in my log and in all areas of my log.

Things that I have crafted on multiple occasions have lost their check mark. Then I go and recraft that item, log out for the day and when I log back in some will have kept that mark, some are erased again.

I was at 288/320 for the carpenter achievement, for instance, and now I'm back down to 255/320 after relogging.

Anyone else having this issue?
