Upset on the game installation

I installed this game into my laptop for my Chinese New Year holidays.
After I installed, I logged in for checking everything is OK.

And now, when I logging in again, it asking me to download and install "HEAVENSWARD"!?

WTF!

I install it before CNY because I might not have T1 or Wi-Fi network connection in my holidays. Why you guys not install it in the first time I logging into the game?

Damn it. Now, everything is too late.

You guy shall think how to solve this problem.

And. You guys take too much maintenance time. It wasted more than two days of my gaming time. You shall also take some actions for this.
