A small dev request for cross world party finder

It would be good if the PF objective "refer to comment" defaulted to having the "recruit members across data center" deselected, at the moment many people are too lazy to untick this and put their content sales, FC recruitment and whatnot in cross server instead of their local server, cluttering cross server with things not relevant to people in other servers.

I'm not asking for this option to be removed, more like leave it as an opt-in instead of defaulting to be always in.
