Crashing with loud noise
Hi all,
I recently upgrated my GFX card from a GTX580 to a GTX1070. However since doing that, my game seems to crash within dungeons and occasionally outside of dungeons, freezing my computer and making a horrific loud buzzing sound until I turn the machine off. This would happen a lot on DX11 within dungeons (once outside of dungeons) so I changed back to DX9. This was slightly better but still crashing consistently until I lowered the graphics from max to standard at which point it rarely crashes. However if I go into Deep Dungeon, it WILL crash within a few minutes. I'm running Windows 10, however this didn't happen on my 580. I've tried updating and reinstalling the latest Nvidia drivers however this hasn't made a difference.
I had thought it might be an issue with my 1070 however it can run far more intensive games at 100+ fps without issue so I'm not sure what is causing this.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!

I've been having the exact same issue after upgrading to an AMD RX460. I'm thinking it's my PSU not supplying enough power because it's only 450W and I have GT420 installed in second slot just for monitors. I've been scouring for info before I go buy a new PSU, so hopefully someone sees this and has some ideas to try out. Good luck!
