How to edit PvP macro & how can we get chat back

Patch notes described new macro like "Adrenaline ready/not ready", but I can only use the not ready one. How to switch that?

And I just had 2 games without chats. This is the most silly thing I've ever seen. Any way can reach the decision maker so I can write an essay prove how silly he was

(Btw someone I knew talked to me last week said Avalon was posting here in my account. Well I did post few like 5 or 4 with that account but the rest... That was my friend. So I'm using my gf's account now lol)
