Thordan's Reign/Niddhog's Rage

Hello, Animus here from the Leviathan server. I have been experiencing great frustration in regards to these two quests. I have looked all over searching for answers in regards to this situation.

I have completed the main quest line, up to unlocking Sophia EX and Zurvan EX, I have completed the other EX primals. When I talk to Alys in Mor Dhona she only offers one quest and that is for Coil, which I was informed should have any impact on the requirements of those two quests not appearing.

The only requirements are to have beaten the main story, which I've done. They do not appear in my raid finder, my duty finder, my quest log, no where. I have exhausted all means to getting this issue resolved, I submitted a bug report, but was informed that it was a hopeless attempt as SE do not respond to Bug Reports.

I am truly at a loss, and am very upset that this kind of issue can continue to go unnoticed, and prevents the few players with this bug to be able to access the content.

If anyone has any answers/or if SE could respond to me on this bug that would be much appreciated.

Have you done The Minstrel's Ballad: Ultima's Bane? It isn't listed as a requirement, however when Alexander Savage was first released, the quest wouldn't show unless the Ultima trial had been completed first.
