This is about how to fix the housing issue, as I\\'m writing this I already been scammed from trying to get a house (yes I tried to buy a house). Its easy to change how players can buy houses from other players and making it safe, one: when someone is selling a house there can be two options in a player- player trade trade items and trade a housing, now if they pick housing they set the price they wish to trade it, it doesn\\'t even have to be gill but I know everyone wants gill, so they choose the gill method and their price the buying puts up the required amount and trade now that buyer has the plot, but they can choose at the plancard whether they want to build a FC house or a private house once they choose either one the house is then built ( easy as that) now you can place what ever furnitures you want. I have other ideas so please let me know if this doesn't sound like a good idea. Thanks for reading.

But regarding you being scammed, if you and the other player have clearly stated the term of the exchange in chat (i.e. Seller agrees to relinquish his/her plot. Ishamel agrees to offer Seller X Gil.), then you can contact GM about it.

Yes that's true but the purpose to this is to help SE with adding a better and safe way to trade houses, as they state on their terms of service that its not allowed to trade houses by selling a house, however everyone does this so its kinda accepted so I want a safe way to trade houses hence my idea and this forum I'm hoping to get some kind of result and a reply from an SE member.
