Circle under the target improvements

Good day.

I want to offer 2 improvements for a circle under the target (first of all they will help to the melee DPS, who need to see the circle very clearly because of the position attacks)
1) Option to change it's color. Rather often the circle not good visible on some kinds of floors (Alex turns are good examples). If the function will exist, the player will be able to change the color and make the circle more contrast and more visible
2) To make the circle bigger for all little targets. Very often we need to fight with not big enemies and it is almost impossible to see where is the back, face. Here is the simple exaple from the new dungeon- the circle is barely visible

It would be great if the target circle had a minimum size so that it's still visible under critter-sized targets. Even better would be to have an option to set the minimum size, like

Minimum target circle radius:
Small (current implementation)
Medium (3y)
Large (5y)


though even a hardcoded minimum of, say, 3 yalms would be more usable than what we have now.
