Paladin Relic

Hi there,

I havnt played my Paladin much in a while but I have been getting back into it and looking to get the relic. I was just wondering what stats to put in the pld relic? I would have assumed crit/det but if I recall correctly, there was some sort of change to skill speed and sword oath in 3.4? Was this change big enough to warrant a change in relic stats to like crit/ss or is crit/det still the way to go?

SS is cancer on Pld, stick to Crit/Det regardless of the weighting.

Skillspeed over Crit/Det on all your gear cuts your potential DPS by maybe a few dozen.

Clarifying from the previous posts, SkS is likely found from other parts and PLD can work with minimal SkS mostly for the Goring ticks; more SkS means you will clip Goring earlier and you lose damage from that. Other than that, PLD has the most issue with TP consumption. Hence the Crit/Det.

Getting back on point, the secondary stats have so little value in the quantities that you can assign that it doesn't really matter. If you're min/maxing, Crit and Det are your friends, but outside of that? /shrug

Or, just maybe you can understand that a simple comment on a forum doesn't equate to a direct attack on you or your feelings. I know it's a hard to comprehend, but the world doesn't revolve around you. I too have lost ppl to cancer. Am I butthurt at his comment? No! Because he wasn't attacking anyone. He didn't even say anything insulting. You took offense to it, and guess what that means? Nothing. Grow up and start acting like an adult.
