Oceania (AUS/NZ) & The Stormblood Collector's Edition - Dear EU Team

Dear Square Enix EU Community Team,

Will Australia & New Zealand have the ability to Pre-Order the Stormblood Collector's Edition?

I'm assuming it will be distributed via Bandai Namco Partners this time again, however may we please get confirmation on whether or not this assumption is valid?

Websites, Pricing & Pre-order dates would be greatly appreciated as soon as they are available if the above is the case.

Any information regarding this matter would be greatly appreciated, hopefully enough to avoid the issues that arose almost 2 years:

Well, considering the Heavensward CE was available through EB Games in Australia (but was only able to be preordered on EB's online store), I'm hoping that will also be the case here with Stormblood as well. But I guess we'll find out soon enough hopefully.
