Qualifier Queues

So I've been trying to get my Qualifier to get up to Silver now that queues are running again, but between the lack of communication and the people I'm being queued with, it's been near impossible.

Every time I look at the roster after the match ends, I'm the only person with any kind of ranking. Everyone else is unranked.

Since qualifier matches are kind of important, can we not get stuck with the unranked people who have no idea what's going on?

I've lost two promotions now and I'm running out of patience.

Enemy Monk had 10 stacks of medal. No one was on them. Despite me spamming the useless new Quick Chat "feature", no one attacked the Monk.

I'm fed up with being unable to communicate, and thus unable to advance.

That silver to gold qualifier is PVP hell. Your points will be too low at that point to be able to get matched consistently with golds but too high to not be paired with unranked players in an effort to "balance out" the teams point wise. This late into the season there aren't many silvers anymore to have full silver or higher lobbies so you get stuck with the unranked and bronze. My win rate actually crashed below 50% when I reached that point in my climb, and I even went as low as 45% before getting gold. A true low point for me. Ever since then though I raised my win rate back over 50% and got platinum rank first qualifier.

I'm Bronze rank still back from when the season first started. I stopped when queues got to be over 40 mins each for me (Tank player).

Decided to pick it up again when I saw that the rankings on the board were moving again. I'm usually even the only Bronze on the list. Just me, a lone bronze, in a sea of unranked pandemonium. It's really aggravating and I'm not having a good time at all. I just want to get my silver rank, I've been at it all day.

There's no way to direct your team, so I can't explain anything, or use my target macros when I use abilities, ect. It's frustrating.
