Guildleves log (guide) must exist

Good day

Some days ago I began to use guildleves to level up my gatherers and unfortunately I rather often couldn't find the place, where the leves for my level are located. Also I had to use google to find out that. It is very sad, that leves are so hidden. Why hidden? Also because not everywhere, where the leves are situated, we can see the gatherer leves- only battle leves there. Why is it so? Why in the game we have location, where only battle leves can be? I think it is not right, so, dear SE, please:
1) Make in-game guildleves guide (log) for easy finding the leves are located and for what level
2) also would be nice to make leves everywhere, where the leves NPS stands with only battle leves (right now)
