Passing Information to the Technical Team

I have a few Issues, or concerns, I would like to address. I use a very old Laptop, it is all I have and I can't replace it. I also use a very old Wired Xbox 360 controller. My speed in game running is slower than a Free Trial characters running speed, Sprint almost slows me down even more. Using a mount doesn't decrease my travel time one bit. I have a hard time targeting different characters, weather for healing allies or attacking enemies. and my movement to get out of AOE's for example is atrocious. I have explored these issues with other players. and it seems that the game isn't the issue, it is either my ancient laptop, or my ancient controller. I will get a new controller but it will be either a new xbox 360 controller or a new xbox 1 controller and it will be wired. This is what I can afford. These issues are not Game breaking to me, but it makes it impossible to be a healer. ANd I am unable to complete the healer Hall of the Novice tests and certain Healer quests. currently that is restricted to CNJ but still. I can play a SIT and SPANK tank very well. So I will be acquireing the Warrior job. And I love DPS so I will be Acquiring Dragoon as my main job. I am not sending a support ticket as I don't think any of your tech support can repair or fix the problem. But I would like to inform you about it. Thank you Very much and have a wonderful day!
