Wondrous Trials reward

I just turned in my Wondrous Trials book for the week with 1 line.
The only reward I received was for 1 line, where before, I'd get the 1 line and 9 seals rewards.
Is this change intended? I saw no mention of it in the patch notes.

Did you actually get all 9 seals? You won't get the 9 seal reward unless you actually have 9 seals placed in the book.

Can you even turn in a book if you don't have 9 seals?

I don't see why you can't, though I've never tried.

If i remember correctly, yes you can turn in the book even if you don't have 9 seals.
