Unexpected Error, dx11 and other crashes

over the past few years i have been crashing on final fantasy 14 numerous times, usually when a video loads on a webpage or when i put netflix on, and recently I have actually gotten an error message for dx11 crashing when playing since patch 3.5, i do not know if these are connected but the dx11 has atleast notified what parts of it are crashing

after restarting computer and logging back in i have crashed a second time but with different error codes
