Teleport to Private Estate disappeared, Support Desk functions unusable
About 30 minutes ago, I was logged in (as I had been all day), re-decorating my private estate and gardening, then I teleported to a different area, and noticed the teleport shortcut at the top of the list to my private estate had gone missing. I logged out, restarted the game, changed areas, and it is still missing.
Furthermore, when trying to report the bug via Support Desk under "Report a Bug", the text fields are present but you cannot type anything into them.

As for my system, I play Final Fantasy XIV, current version (1/17/17 update) on Windows 7, and these bugs appeared around 00:00 Eastern Time, with no other issues beforehand. My Private Estate is in Lavender Beds, Ward 8, #23, on Hyperion server.
