Please help

I stopped playing this game in december of 2015 because after a few months of playing the game began to crash.

Recently built a new computer and after three months of no problems I decided to upgrade to a six month sub. The day after it was paid for the game has begun crashing and freezing every twenty mins. Not crashing my computer. Just enough that I have to use task manager to exit the game. I am not computer savvy nor do I want to stop playing this time around. I love the game and want to play Stormblood and beyond. My specs are as follows.

According to DirectX Diagnostic tool no problems were found anywhere. I would love some help figuring out this problem once and for all. Thank you in advance.

It isn't a overheating problem. I checked my temps. Its on 40 degrees Celsius
