Character logged in elsewhere.

Hi I'm having trouble logging in becuase my character is logged in at work. The good old
13001 The lobby server connection has necountered an error.
Error code 3102
Status:0
Going to try to get my buddy to create an account.

I was having this problem since last night(about 16-18 hours now). So in an attempt to fix this, I used the free trial period to create another character. Logged in on that character. Then logged off, and then tried my 'Main' and it Worked!! just need to remember to delete that other char slot. Try that if nothing else is working.
