Sam Confirmation? Patch file speculation.

So I preface this saying this image popped up after the patch went live on 4chan. Wanted to drop it here for people to speculate over. It would appear at first glance, someone dun goofed at SE and put some files in that they shouldn't have. Obviously take this as you will as it's pure speculation.
