Zhloe Aliapoh, Where is she?

Where is it? I didn't see it in the patch notes or the trailer if I recall correctly. The trailer even had 3.55 diadem being shown but no Zhloe in sight. What happened did it get delayed?

You might have missed the x in 3.5x

So it could be from 3.50 to 3.59

Thursday, it is DOL/DOH content so it's plausible it won't be added til then(and hopefully more crafting recipes)

Probably bad translation has there is no 3.5 or 3.55 mentioned in the original japanese text, but only 3.5x.
