Carpenter Favorites list is not working

Every time i want to see my Favorites list on my Carpenter the window stops working. I have had this issue for a long time and have submitted tickets to the GM before and I have not gotten an answer on what to do. If I leave any information out PLEASE let me know what you need and I will get it for you.

Steps: What I have done to attempt to solve the issue:
1. Deleted the game from my computer and re-installed
2. Went to a different world and character, Tried the favorites list on them, worked for them
3. Set my game settings to default
