Visual Graphics freeze, invisible bosses, SE chat couldn't help?

I've been back for just over a month after a bit of an extended period of time, and since I have been having my graphics freeze. I can hear everything around me, hear my chat log everything etc. but my graphics freeze an alt-tab fixes sometimes (though normally just messes up my hot keys till I can alt tab again to fix it)

I also experience invisible bosses in half my raids and some some dungeons (random bosses, random dungeons)

I talked with SE chat agents and my DxDiag was fine, I had a benchmark of 8188. and after only 5 chats with them, they said to try the forum as they had no answers.

I won't get into the loss of cs sound. I just am hoping I might find some sort of help
