House Reclamation times...?

I simply cannot find when houses are reclaimed once abandoned. We're a tiny FC, and have toiled to save up for a small plot (i'm currently the only member doing HW content). Is housing reclamation even still a thing?! The latest posts I can find even mentioning it are that the function is suspended as of 3.3! This is all sidestepping the issue of people buying up plots of land with the intent to sell the right to buy them for a profit, I simply wish to better understand how the process works. We don't mind working to get the plot, we simply want to know how! I've heard muttering on the forums that "housing issues will be addressed in Stormblood" but nothing official. I'd just like to know if its even WORTH "camping out" the districts until one becomes available, or if the devs have a plan of fixing it (whatever it is) or even if reclamation is STILL HAPPENING!

It's random basically , the clock resumed like when one of the patches happened, either 3.4 or 3.3 you'll have to go back in the post to figure out when it happened and when the original reclamation clock was stopped on, after that it depends on when something was put on the clock, it's really all random

check plot from time to time, took me 4 months to get a small plot, and it was a /tell from another person q_q
