Everytime i hit the ice my hands get cold how can we fix this?

I just checked your lodestone and you are wearing rather thin gloves. If I were you I would upgrade to thicker gloves, ones that cover your entire hand. I think you will see great results and not ask for a change after you try this.

i tried this but then i seemed to do less damage because of the padding they provide, this also tended to with-hold liquid at quite a shocking rate which then lead to me getting wet and cold hands, any other solutions?

Maybe a BLM in your party? I hear it gets quite warm around the ice when they are casting Fire IV. It did used to get warmer before they added allagan tech to make magic effect the ice less.

Ask 2 of the 3 tanks on your team to establish a working stun rotation. As long as the ice is kept stunned...it can't use its cold skills.
