Hi, can the AOE limit break 2 have the meteor size increased? LB2 is so lackluster. It would be awesome if it seemed to be more powerful than Limit Break 1.
If i'm not mistaken LB1 is called Skyshard
and Limit Break 2 is called Starstorm.
I'd love to suggest to double the meteors size for Starstorm. :p
Size of the meteors? Its got a different animation. Takes longer to cast and more stuff rains down, while LB3 whites out the screen pretty much.
Or size of the AoE circle? AFAIK LB2 is a bit bigger area that's effected than LB1, and LB3 definitely is bigger.
I kind of wish they'd reanimate the LB1's and LB2's for each job. I know it takes work. Still want it.
Re-examining the effects of each LB might also be a good idea. Tanks rarely use theirs unless called for by a particular fight's mechanics. Maybe it should last significantly longer and/or have a stronger effect at each tier. Healers really only use LB3 to recover from a near wipe. Maybe LB1 and LB2 should raise also, but only raise 1 person or 2 people respectively. Damage amounts for melee, ranged, and caster should be moved closer to one another, or the AoE LB's should have a modifier where only 1 target hit takes 25% more damage. Its still less than melee LB, but they'd more viable as single target damage when there's no melee available. Maybe melee LBs can do the inverse as a conal AoE that still does its big ST damage, but also does a much weaker amount of damage to those in the cone. So it'd still be THE choice for ST LB, but it'd be viable but not as good as the Caster/Ranged AoE LBs for AoE damage. Targeting it would still require melee range to the thing targeted. I know ranged are kinda mad theirs is both harder to aim and does less damage than Casters'. Make it wider?
