Confusion about buying the game

Somehow the game has about 5 different prices depending on where you buy...

PC Download £24.98

whats in "PC Download" not in "PC"...? i assumed "PC" means they send you discs but how is that cheaper?

also i play on EU, im guess buying from NA site wont work? its cheaper like everything else in NA...

EDIT: After talking to support, turns out they both include everything, except "PC" is physical version, why it's cheaper, they dont know either.
Just gonna go with digital. FAQ says SE doesnt deliver to the UK, but have no problem taking the money. and the amount of UK delivery problems online... not worth the hassle

That's because I think you're comparing 2 different things.

There is the original game: Final Fantasy XIV A Realm Reborn
and then expansion: Final Fantasy XIV Heavensward (Requires Final Fantasy XIV A Realm Reborn )

The 24.98 you listed contains Original Game + Expansion
The 19.99 is just the Expansion (Which you can't play if you have not the Original)

you want to buy the pc download because its both the base game XIV A Realm Reborn and the Xpac Heavensward in one price. otherwise you'll need to buy them both separately.
