Gil disappeared

When I logged on this morning I notice around 500k was missing. The in-game GM said I had to post here to find any answers but to be honest, if it was an in-game bug I have no way to re-create it or prove it, I just know my gil is gone. I was just hoping to maybe get a transaction history for my character to see if I was hacked or even to see if I'm just being paranoid and made a mistake.

did you mistakenly deposit some of your gil into a retainer? That could be where it went.

Assuming it's not a bug or mischief on your account:

- You might have misclicked on the Market Board and bought one item with a higher price than expected. There is no real way to know unless you remember what items you bought lastly and check the Market Board history (assuming there hasn't been other many buyers of the same item after you)
- You've given the gils to one of your retainer. That's easy to verify, unless your retainers already carry lot of gils.
- You've dropped 500K gils inside the Company Chest instead of withdrawing them. That can be verified in the FC transation log.
- You're dreaming things, or forgot you already spent that money :p
