[REQUEST] Alert/Timer for In-Game nodes we've already discovered

I've wanted this feature since ephemeral and unspoiled nodes became a thing.

A timer/alert system in your gathering log, that, once you've discovered and mined/gathered an item, you can select to be notified when it becomes available again.

Kind of like what FFXIVClock.com and Garlond Tools have, as far as an alert/notification system. It could be as simple as a message that comes on screen that says "You sense a blahblah ore in X, Y (location)" - but that message would obviously be able to be toggled on and off, and not show up when you're in battle or a cutscene -- like normal notifications when something sells.

Or if not on screen, it could appear in the chat log like a system message. Play a little sound (which could also be toggled on/off). Just something besides the ever present "???" that's in our gathering log after we gather something!

It would be nice to see the time at least in the gathering log. I would also like the timer feature, even if it is limited to only like 1-3 items to have active on a timer.
