Today when i was out doing my daily Ixali quests i happened to see a couple of low level mobs walk off to a wall and just keep running into it. Upon further inspection i saw that they were being attacked by a player who was in a wall spamming Ruin on the mobs at a incredible rate with no cast time. In the photo's below are the players that i caught in the act of this.

most likely you've found a bot. just take the name down and submit a report and move on. That's about all you can do.
Be warned they can temp ban you from the forums for photos that display character names under the pretense of "shaming." You should remove that picture and instead describe what you see. Even if it's likely a legit report.
You can report this kind of thing in game so you should do it there, because they probably don't forward the reports from these boards. You're also able to give more detail with the form provided in game so it'll help them out in the investigation.
