Error i2501

Hi all,

I hope you`re all doing well. I apologizes if this was asked before.

Today I decided to bring my wife to the ff14 world. We both love final fantasy and we`re looking for mmorpg to play together. Long story short.
I send her referral url so she could register to free trial account at first. After her registration she was greeted with i2501 error. I said to my self ok, that`s not a problem I will buy you a full game then. Problem arise when she tried to upgrade her free trial to basic account. Upon entering cd-key she was granted i2501 error. This was done on chrome. We tried to do this in Firefox but after entering cd-key moogstation showed that it is under maintenance. I looked at main page of ff site and there is no news about it. If it matters she`s in Russia right now and there she created her account. Also forgot to note, that when was registering she had i2501 error but e-mail to her mail was sent, confirming that her account is registered.

We wrote to support too. But I also would like to hear stories from you guys too.

Hi all again,

Well 3 hours passed, we tried again and my wife was successful in registering her new cd-key.

I still find it weird. What could have caused it and what resolved it.
