New GMT+9 Static recruiting

Greetings, We're looking for new members for our 3.5 and onward to 4.0 static

What we're looking for:
Like-minded players that are eager to clear new content at a steady rate and have fun in the process. Looking to raid three days a week on Tuesday Wednesday and Friday for three hours a night from 7pm to 10pm GMT+9. Thursday can be a possibility if people are not available for Friday.

We're looking for players with past raid experience and/or who are eager to learn and overcome fights. As such were asking for a minimum experience of a A11s. We are seeking members who have a positive attitude and a can-do mind-set, a good understanding of the job and role they will play in the group. We are also hoping that you will have a general interest in the game besides just raiding, doing other content ie. primal's etc as a group is a big plus and we would like to encourage it so that we could build our teamwork outside of raid times. Also players that discriminate or are toxic will not be tolerated.

Good communication is an important aspect of this static and so we would like you to have a working Mic and be able to communicate on Discord. We are also encouraging everyone in the static to give feedback and healthy criticism during progression in order to improve ourselves. Moreover, we will use LINE as a means to communicate outside of the game.

Most importantly, showing up to raid on time (5-10 minutes before will do) is crucial. I want this static to be fun and easy going for everyone involved. Furthermore as we will only be able to raid three days a week attendance will be very important. If you know you're not going to be available for the next week or holiday upcoming please inform us in a timely manner so we my make arrangements to pug or raid finder your slot as to not hold up progression or clears of the group.

Hello, I am AST/SCH from Japan and my wife is BRD from Netherlands, both of us living in Japan atm. We are looking for a static that can be friends outside of the raid but serious inside the raid.
I used to lead a rather HC static and we used to raid until just before 3.35. After that we took a break from ff14 and came back from 7 months break this week.
We've already cleared a9s, a10s and we practiced a11s for a short. We are very eager to clear a12s asap and do weekly runs.
I can also provide Japanese way of strategies which is different from most of English strategies since I can read Japanese guides.
