What's happening to enfeebling, CNJ, THM, where is BLM/WHM? Are jobs changing or new?

1. What's happening to enfeebling magic? I hear people say that it's going away but I don't see anything about that in the letter from the producer, and I don't see any really clear information about what's going on with jobs.
2. Is Conjurer becoming White Mage and Thaumaturge becoming Black Mage? Or are WHM and BLM new jobs? Or are they going to be separate armory classes before the jobs system is implemented in 1.21? What weapons are the new classes going to use?
3. If these are "upgrade" jobs then aren't we all just going to switch to them as they become the standard? I heard Summoner was coming..? The introduction of pet classes is definitely going to bring around some unbalancing, for certain.

Without going *too* much into detail, since there's quite a few threads already:

1. Enfeebling magic is mostly going away for the time being. Instead, the enfeebling status effects are being distributed among the various classes and attached as combo effects or added effects to spells and weaponskills. For example, Blind is going away for the time being but there is an Archer WS that inflicts it. The only "pure" enfeebling that is sticking around is Sleep/Sleepga. The devs have said they will plan to re-implement Enfeebling magic as it's needed. You'll still be able to inflict these statuses with Alchemy potions, as far as I know.

2. Jobs are specialization modes for Classes. Classes are versatile and can equip cross-class stuff freely. Jobs will get locked out of some Class abilities and most cross-class abilities. As an example, if you play CNJ, you can choose to enter WHM mode which will most likely boost your Healing spells but lock you out or weaken your elemental nukes as well as most likely lock you out of THM nukes.

3. Jobs are meant for Large party play, where it helps to be more specialized as more players means more party functions are covered, and Classes are meant for solo and small party play, where you have to be versatile to cover multiple functions. You'll be switching between a job and class as the situation requires. More Mages and at least 1 Pet class are planned to be implemented, but it won't be for a while after Jobs are implemented.
