Patching Issues

I know everyone seems to know someone at least that has had issues installing or updating a fresh reload after Heavensward. I have recently testing setting a PS4 and PCs MTU to 1360 to see if it would have any luck. In both cases the machines updated without issue. I am up to 5 people now who have had luck with this, so I am passing it along in the general with hopes that it passes along to others so we stop loosing players over this. After the updates you can reset your MTU back to 1500 like normal. Please respond back if you try this and it works for you so that we can keep this in the mix for people needing helps, and also knowing this may help SquareEnix figure out what the problem is behind the issues.
