Give us Customized Character Companions in the Mogstation please SE?

Ok I know I may catch hell for this post, but I mean we are headed in this direction somewhat with other things why not do it here. So I think SE has essentially crossed the line of just putting gear in the mogstation and glam items with the whole jump potions coming eventually.

So maybe the cash shop is gona be the way to get them to put things in the game that people actually want. My suggestion is this well you can pay 18 dollars to get married and marry another character , I do not care to do this what so ever. But what I would like are companions like we have had in all other ff games, or even most other mmos today. Companion love interest always, get plenty of attention in all games that have them available why SE wants you to only have your chocbo I don't know.

So Id say if you arent going to give us these options in the game, can we buy npc companions from the cash shop from the same price as marrying another player in the game. You could make it like we change our retainers appearance we can do the same for the bought companion, and throw a few voice options there and your done. They dont even have to do combat, make it like a minion if it would cost to much, give them a mini story line also.

You can make a male and female for everyone and you can give us the options of friendship , love interest, body guard whatever it is people would like to make them. If people are buying dresses for 25 dollars, I think people would also buy companions I have no issue with cash shop and whatever else is in it, I think something like this would be a great addition. If Se doesn't have the funds to put them in the game then let us pay for them ourselves.

Ha this is something I really want , this game beats the game I use to play in everyway, I come from swtor. But the companion system of swtor was so good tho and other people said it use to be something like that in this game. I think they could get away with just makin human size minions with appearance customization, and a few voice lines somethings better than nothing , right now we have nothing. Maybe money is the only way that we can get them to put such a thing in the game.

i'm not sure what the purpose of such a companion would be, though, and your initial post didn't really make it very clear. i'm not familiar with swtor myself, so i have no idea what this companion system of them entails... is it anything like our chocobos in that they'd help you fight? if so, i don't really see much point in them to be quite honest... im guessing such a companion would fall under the bodyguard category you speak of, but what would be the function of a "lover" or "friend" companion?
right now it seems to me that you're offering to pay 25 bucks for a glorified minion of light, that changes forms every time you summon it :/

We had path companions in 1.0.
Wonder if they're still alive...

The swtor system is pretty amazing if you have never played it I don't expect them to go that far, but like I said even if it is a glorified minion they sale dresses that people buy on the mog station for like 25 dollars I mean why not an actual companion.

I hardly ever use my chocbo in combat personally fates aren't just a thing I do to much of so for me they serve just as much a purpose as this would, after a while the only thing fun to do with them is glam them out and change their gear. What I'm suggestion is just a cheap way they can do it of course Id want something on a higher scale, but the game has been out a long time and right now all we have is a chocbo that isnt even needed unless your like level 30 or 35.

So all Im askin for is something that if you dont wana marry a player in the game to just make your own and you have the choice to rp them into your story.

You still have not said what these companions would do. All you said the swotor system is amazing which means nothing for people that have not played swotor.

Free would be so nice , but if they havent given them to us free in all this time Im figuring the only way we will get them is to pay for them. Its so crazy to me how I think this is the only game I know of that you can pay to marry another real life character which is very niche, but you have no npc options at all thats so strange to me especially from a game that the centerpiece of all their stories in the franchise where companions.

Chocobo companion, already ingame
And I still hope our GC squads will also develop into real companions.

Oh, the weeding is 100% free.
You only pay for the extras, not for the wedding.
