Confused about Phial of Fantasia

I just started my free trial of this game a couple days ago and because I've been playing F2P MMOs for my entire life, and because of my lack of games to play this was just an instant sell. I purchased my first sub, and also bought the Heavensward DLC on Steam yesterday.
I was told by the friend that recommended this game to me that I was to receive a Phial of Fantasia upon purchasing the game, which was a relief because I've grown to dislike my characters rather boring appearance in the short amount of time I've played this game. But I've still yet to receive it. Do I need to be at a certain level? do I need to finish my free trial days first? Idk

A phial of Fantasia is part of the very first veteran reward set you'll get. You receive veteran rewards once you hit the required number of days with a paid subscription (that is, once you've paid for that amount of sub time; you only have to pay for the time, not play through it all. If you don't want to wait that long, you can also purchase fantasias on the mog station.

Your sub won't become active until your free trial ends, when that ends what ever amount you subbed for will become active and should receive the veteran rewards (the fantasia) the same day.
