Are the codes sent out after the fanfest or where they sent out already? I bought the EU one but I can’t remember how we got our codes for that, so I figured I’d post here to see if I could get a little insight or see if others were having the same issue.
See, I bought the JP fanfest livestream (via the loadstone) for my brother and myself a week ago (my brother tied it to his facebook account – I tied mine to my email) and so far we’ve not received anything.
Your code should have come in the confirmation email after you purchase the FanFest.
That is how I received mine......would contact Cleeng if you did not receive a code as they handled the digital tickets for this event.
Please keep us updated! Hope you have be able to resolve this issue soon.
Did you buy via Cleeng or Niconico? I haven't had my Niconico code at all yet, but the Cleeng users have theirs.
Can confirm to have no code as a Niconico purchaser. :P

Just an update: I still haven’t gotten a code :< I used Cleng, both for mine and my brothers purchase. He received his code a little later after I posted this thread, but I never got mine.
Yeah, I'd contact Cleeng at this point. When I bought the US stream through them, I got my code extremely quickly.
Apparently the Niconico codes aren't coming until the 30th (sigh).
