Question about NicoNico and FanFest

I recently registered an account with and purchased the live feed for FanFest from NicoNico. Can anyone tell me if I was supposed to receive a code from them in order to watch. Thank You

I'm not sure how it is with NicoNico I know if you do it through Cleeng you just log into your account and it becomes available to watch. The only code that I received from that it was the minion and attire code. Again this is through Cleeng I'm not sure how it works NicoNico.

No code is required. After you've made your purchase from NicoNico on your account you are good to go. Access will be added to the account with which you purchased, so just log in and tune into the show.

If you sign in and go to

The two parts
FINAL FANTASY XIV Fan Festival 2016 in Tokyo Day 1 (English)
FINAL FANTASY XIV Fan Festival 2016 in Tokyo Day 2 (English)

should show in your purchase history. Starting at 1630 PST, half an hour before the opening showcase, you can click on the Day 1 link to view the stream.
