Gm Mouriveha was very quick to respond to my ticket, which was the first noteworthy thing about our time together. It was really great to see how receptive and understanding he was of the problem. The whole interaction was very professional and clean, and got to the heart of what was being discussed.

I'm very glad to have been able to interact with this particular GM, due to how efficient he was, and the level of empathy he seemed to bring to my problem. Simply discussing it with him was reassuring and left me with a positive overall feeling on a very negative in-game experience.
