A12s farming static looking for PLD/DRK

Hello there !

As said in the title, our static is looking for a permanent MT, since our previous one left for personal reasons.

We're a midcore static who has formed up near the end of 3.3, and cleared Creator savage at its own pace. We're currently killing a12s for the 6th time.

We're currently raiding 3 times in a week, days being Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday, starting at 7 pm ST (sometimes 8:15 when people have to work around their working schedule) and ending around 10 pm ST (sometimes a bit more, especially for that 'this is the last run and we happen to kill it').

We're a bunch of pretty laid back players, who enjoy clearing the content efficiently, but we also value real life (yeah, that weird stuff does exist) and try to make it coexist with raid in a good way. Thus, we value skill, but also patience and understanding, and most of all, we value cohesion and group performance above all.

So that's pretty much what we expect. Nice, patient and at least a bit of skill. We don't ask for top fflogs or whatsoever, but just a bit of common sense and understanding of the class you're playing, with ability to adapt.

A12s kill would be great but isn't required, but we'd ask at least for a11s kill and maybe a bit of experience in a12s. Also Teamspeak is mandatory, as well as a decent understanding of english language.
