Unsynced Dungeons
With the release of 4.0 will we be able to queue unsynced in DF for dungeons & trials level 50 and below?
Since we're getting the level/story jump potions anyways, I figured this might be a good alternative for newer players to experience the old dungeons quickly without ruining the story in a "digest" version. On the less populated servers its still somewhat a pain to find folks to run unsynced dungeons. Then again, maybe the new cross-server PF will help with that also....

But you don't really need anyone to run most dungeons unsynced, assuming you're lvl 60 and have decent gear. You might not be able to solo keeper of the lake unsynced as a machinist or something, but you could certainly just duo it. At lvl 70, everyone should be able to annihilate all the lvl 50 dungeons anyway.

As a warrior i managed to run unsync every 50lvl dungeon for the first relic series successfully although i can doubt it for DoM classes especially due to cast-interrupts and cases of waves of trash mobs.
Mechanic-wise the only two dungeons i couldn't do as a warrior were lost city of amdapor when the first boss eats you and since there is no one else to break you free after 5-6 sec it kills you no matter the hp, and also Stone Vigil hard where the dps from a single cannon in the second boss is simply not enough to kill it... Maybe i did smth wrong but i just dfed it afterwards to get the job done.

I think they'll retain Mentor & Roulettes with bonuses to help new players. From what I understand, at least some of the jump potions completely negate the need to do any compulsory dungeons as they're marked complete in the Journal. Khloe is going to be very upset.

So what happens then when someone doesn't buy the jump potion? Now they have to do their first Tam Tara with a bunch of level 70s who're just roflstomping the place? Not a great experience.
