[MC] LF WHM/AST for A12S progression

We have a permanent opening for healer slot in an A12s progression static.

We're looking for one (1) Healer, either a WHM or AST to fill our position to finish up progression on this tier. We're a Midcore group but we have a Hardcore mentality. What this means is that we raid a Midcore 3-night a week schedule but expect to make the most of the time we have: come prepared with all necessities (food/pots etc) know your classes, have that hardcore attitude of wanting to progress, and always looking for ways to improve. Raid experience up to A12s is preferred but not necessary, though we would ask that you have at least cleared through most of A11s so as to cut down on re-teaching time. This is also a permanent spot and we'll be together through Stormblood as well. We're on the final phase of the fight, learning the communion puddles.
