Sitting on chair/bench etc with normal sitting pose?

hey, i just saw some peoples sitting directly afront a bench, and also obove without use the normal sit trigger when you use sit emote next to one, but how they do taht? i cant sit afront a bench without get triggered into the pose^^

I know I'm able to do it after I phase in from a dungeon and sit down right away. I do it all the time on my fc's Levi fountain bench x3
